35th Season

AUDITION NOTICE

Shakespeare & Company, Minnesota’s longest running Outdoor Classical Repertory Theatre, will hold auditions for our 35th Season on Saturday April 17, 2010, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Theatre Building, Century College, West Campus, 3300 Century Avenue North, White Bear Lake, MN. 55110

We will be casting a non-Equity central company of 20-25 actors for our season.  No Equity contracts will be available this season.  All roles are available. No paid positions will be offered. Shakespeare & Company encourages all actors to audition, regardless of age, ethnicity or experience level. Please bring THREE (3) copies of your current acting resume and headshot.  Please prepare ONE (1) classical monologue.  No appointment is necessary.  Rehearsals will begin, on a rotating schedule, the first week of May.  Students are encouraged to audition as arrangements can be made regarding the end of the school year.

Shakespeare & Company’s 35th Season begins on June 26, 2010, and runs weekends through August 1, 2010, performing in repertory, Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, directed by Jeffrey Altier, Romeo and Juliet, directed by George M.
