Love, in all its absurdity, is the unifying theme of this, Shakespeare’s best known comedy. Runaway couples, feuding fairies and their playful minion, a troop of workers rehearsing a play, and a guy who gets turned into a donkey all mix and match during a magical night in the forest. It doesn’t take long for chaos to ensue as the real and dream worlds collide, with delightful results.
